Just another healthy weight-loss and fitness blog! Trying to inspire myself along with other people to get fit and to get healthy! I'm doing this for me and only me! I want to feel comfortable in my own skin so I'm working hard and kicking ass.
My new goals do consist of not reaching my "ultimate goal weight". Instead of looking for a number on a scale I am stetting new challenges for myself with running. Also to just be comfortable with in my own skin. Which I will achieve.
